Our Offer
Who we work with
Parents & Carers
Our parent coaching sessions are designed to empower parents and carers with the knowledge, skills, and emotional resilience needed to support their children and young people.
All parents, particularly those of children with Additional Support Needs (ASN) sometimes face challenges that can feel overwhelming. Coaching provides the tools, strategies, and confidence to navigate these challenges effectively.
Coaching can help parents with almost any subject. Common examples include:
- Strengthen your relationship with your child
- Gain clarity and confidence in supporting your child
- Develop practical strategies tailored to your child’s needs
- Reduce stress and feel more in control
- Improve communication with teachers and professionals
- Navigating the education system and advocating for their child
- Balancing their own well-being with their child’s needs
Educators
Our coaching approach for educators is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, providing one-on-one guidance and support.
Educators today face greater challenges than ever before. You are required to support all aspects of children and young people’s lives in a culture of reduced budgets and increasing levels of Additional Support Needs.
Coaching can be an excellent way to explore and resolve difficulties, or simply to develop and enhance any area of your life.
Coaching can support educators with almost any subject. Common examples include:
- Improving stress and improving work/life balance
- Improving relationships with colleagues or family members
- Thinking through next steps in your career
- Developing your confidence
- Breaking bad habits – or developing good ones
Young People
We also provide coaching support for children and young people. We have a particular specialism in helping young people with additional support needs and neurodiversity to understand how their brain works, and to successfully access education.
We take the time to develop a relationship of trust and fun with your child. We then choose techniques particularly suited to young people, such as the WOOP method, or Person Centred Planning.
