This week I have been attending a business development workshop for coaches, led by an inspiring woman called Dr Tilean Gordon. This first session focussed on developing a vision, and putting this into a mission statement. So, I wanted to share this here with you.
I actually have two mission statements, as I am currently developing Caladh Coaching to serve both parents and professionals. I have found working on this quite inspiring, and would love to hear from you if my mission could include serving you!
Caladh Parent Coaching exists to support parents and carers facing the everyday challenges of raising children in a complex and fast-changing world. I help families build stronger, more positive relationships and empower parents to feel confident and capable in guiding their children to thrive.
Caladh Educational Coaching supports educators who are seeking clarity and direction in their professional journey—whether it’s growing in their current role, building confidence in the classroom, or exploring new career paths. I help education professionals connect with their values, understand their needs, and move forward with purpose and intention.
